Well done to Letsile Tebogo of Botswana who won the men's 200m Olympic
Gold medal! apparently it the first time Africa has won a sprinting medal!!
Seems very nice guy too, said in his interview that he wasn't arrogant
or loud person, unlike the USA's Noah Lyles :D

It's interesting to me about Noah Lyles...

I've watched him and like you, been put off by his loud self-promotion,
and yet I detect in him a lot of vulnerability. In that sense I viewed
him like a small toy breed dog, of the "piss and spin" varieties, that
barks frantically in desperation and anxiety.

But who knows?
