It doesn't seem like they had an obligation to make a failed
doping test public if they think it was tainted. It all seems
fishy to me. I struggle to believe a cut that was acute enough to
require a spray wouldn't at least be bandaged. Would you give
someone a massage (presumably with oils/ointments) with an open
wound on your finger that you also just sprayed down with some
medication?!
