Wow, it's unusual that he had so many complications and apparently
died of type 2 diabetes at 59. Not minimizing the disease at all,
it runs in my family in fact. But it's quite treatable these
days. Particularly if you're disciplined about your nutrition and
fitness. One would think Lundgren would be disciplined given his
role and athletic experience.

I was surprised too and then I saw your post.
I remembered he has some belly at younger age, so with these complications I thought he could be heavy drinker.

So did I. Lundgren was the one that polished the still raw talent into
what it became. I never knew what, for example, Roche brought to the
table. Maybe dessert.
